Leap Year

Tomorrow is the 29th of Feb
I hope your workouts are not like that!
Anyway, was chatting with my mate and former Mr Asia Terry Gallyot and just getting his knowledgeable insights on diet etc. and the one thing that is universally agreed upon is :
"DIET IS KEY TO A LEAN PHYSIQUE"


I have been working out hard and in 18 months have seen a thicker fuller form but I still need to get the lean look without sacrificing on size...tough




The left in 18 months ago and the one on the right is last week. The fullness is there but I have put on some fat around the waist and it looks slightly thicker.
Why? I have really bad eating habits in the form of late night bingeing! Cookies, Chocolates etc
I 'sleepwalk' at 3 a.m, and end up eating a whole bar of chocolates etc.
Pretty unproductive man
So what I have decided( God Willing!) is to curb that and also take on a more realistic approach to getting slimmer
The carbs  I eat will only be from Veg, Fruits, Rolled Oats or Brown Rics and I need to keeo it at a max of 100-150 gms a day!


I will post my photos every 5 days for you to see for yourself if it works too


Please wish me luck as I gulp down this vanilla shake!
