I get so many questions regarding fitness everyday!
I am no Guru.. but I have been doing this for a long time.
There are no shortcuts...Really
Even today someone asked me how to look buff...I just couldn't answer it as the variables are infinite!
One thing I know, fitness is a marathon and not a sprint.
It takes time and patience and a so much dedication and discipline
But one thing I know for sure, if you keep at it, eventually it will happen...just a matter of time.
However if you keep procrastinating and just want a quick fix, you probably settled from some abs machine from the home shopping network and are cutting the cars without even knowing why and are on your gaggilionth sit up.
The honest truth:
1) Eating right is 70 % of looking good
2) Consistency is key
3) Knowledge is power, experiment with your workout and find the one that fits you...and then change again
4) Set goals
5)Its a lifelong activity
6) Eat to live...not live to eat
7) stop believing all the hype in the fitness mags, just start small and grow
8) Eat real food ...supplements are supplements...thats all
Just keep at it and find a gym buddy who wants to commit!
I leave you with this thought:
A week ago i found out someone I know had a heart attack. He was 39 ...was!
All the time he lived a stressful live and always WANTED to workout and take care of his health..he never did.
Well life is short. Its your choice.
I never want to get my meals via a tube through my throat.
Dont regret when you cannot do much.
Make the change now....Really !
